Juice of 1 lemon mixed with 1 cup of plain water.

2nd Day:

Juice of 2 lemons mixed with 2 cups of plain water.

3rd Day:

Juice of 3 lemons mixed with 3 cups of plain water.

4th Day:

Juice of 4 lemons mixed with 4 cups of plain water.

5th Day:
